‘It’s a bit like having an afternoon nap’: Relaxer podcast’s founder on the benefits of relaxing

Natural Relaxer has been a staple of our lives for almost three decades, and it has been embraced by millions of listeners.

Now, it’s time for its founder, Dan Dennett, to reveal what he has learnt about the benefits and pitfalls of a relaxing lifestyle.

“It’s almost like having a morning nap, you can do it when you want, it can be really relaxed, but it can also be really hard,” he says.

“If you do it for 30 minutes, you’ll get bored of yourself and you’ll be bored of your life.

You’re in this state of mind for a long time.”

“The main thing you want to do is to be as relaxed as possible.

This means, of course, that you’re not going to do anything that’s going to hurt you.

I think most people are in this kind of a state of blissful slumber, so to speak, so I would say that’s the most important thing to be doing. “

It’s really good to have a great time, to have an incredible time, and the key is to not get into that state of ‘I’m just going to get up and do this, I’m just doing that, I’ll go and eat a chocolate bar’.” The Benefits of Relaxing The main thing is to have as many people as possible, to not feel stressed, Dan explains.

The best way to achieve this is to do the following things.

“You want to make sure that you go to the gym.

The most important part of a gym is to make your body work hard.

It’s a good thing to do.

If you’re doing the same exercise with the same weight, it doesn’t matter what it is, it just works the same.

If the weather’s nice, you could do it. “

And, the best thing you can have is to sit still.

You can go to sleep, you don’t need to be up all night doing the exact same thing.

But if you’re in a bit of a mood, then it’s good to get a bit out of the house.

You don’t have to go to bed early, but I think it’s better to have the night off than have to get all up in the air.”

Dan says the key to enjoying a relaxing podcast is that you don´t have to listen to it over and over again.

“I don’t think you need to do this for a year, two years or five years,” he tells us.

So you need a bit more of a time off, you need something different. “

This is going against everything that we all know and love about podcasting.

It is a wonderful thing, but if you just go straight into the music, it is going too much.

So it is very important to get away from that.”

You need to find a time where you’re at home, you know, and relax a little bit.

And, of the rest, it´s up to you.

And then, of your mind, you go, ‘OK, I have to work out what I want to listen next’.

That’s the only way to make the podcast successful.
